Three Mail Theft Fugitives Arrested
Houston, TX – Postal inspectors from the Houston Division of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) arrested three mail theft fugitives responsible for the October 17 and 21, 2024, mail theft incidents at the Montage at Cinco Ranch Apartments, located at 24333 Cinco Terrace Drive, Katy, TX 77494.
The mail theft investigation by the Postal Inspection Service led to the apprehension and arrest of mail theft fugitives Quintin Aubrey Oliver, David Cadme, and Christian Jacob Query.
On December 5, 2024, Oliver was arrested by the Postal Inspection Service and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding felony mail theft warrant.
On December 9, 2024, Cadme was arrested by the Postal Inspection Service and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding felony mail theft warrant and received an additional felony charge for violation of a restraining order.
On December 19, 2024, Query was arrested by the Postal Inspection Service and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding felony mail theft warrant. Query was in possession of narcotics, multiple counterfeit Postal Service Arrow Keys, stolen mail, credit/debit cards, checks, multiple Texas Driver’s Licenses, and personal identifying information not in his name. Query received additional felony charges for possession of a criminal instrument and possession of a controlled substance. Additional charges are pending.
