Van Nuys, CA: ATTEMPTED ROBBERY OF USPS LETTER CARRIER

Suspect 1: Passenger - white male, early 20s, approximately 5'8", 150 pounds, last seen wearing a black bandanna with white print. The suspect brandished a firearm during the attempted robbery, and should be considered armed and dangerous. Suspect 2: Driver - remained in the vehicle and was not seen. The suspect vehicle is a black BMW sedan and is believed to be a 5 series, 2010 model. The license plate possibly contains the letter “Y” and the number “7”. The back left window contains a star The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) who attempted to rob a U.S. Postal Service Letter Carrier with a firearm in the vicinity of 14420 Vose Street, Van Nuys, CA on October 31, 2020, at approximately 11:00 A.M. Postal Inspectors are seeking two suspects.
