The suspects are described as three Black males, wearing black clothing and a lime green ski mask. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) who robbed two United States Postal Service (USPS) letter carriers on Thursday, May 18, 2023 between 2:00 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. The first incident took place in the area of Channing Avenue and Prospect Parkway, Portsmouth, VA, and the second occurred in the 1800 block of Redgate Drive, Portsmouth, VA.TAKE NO ACTION TO APPREHEND THESE PERSONS YOURSELF
