The first subject is described as a Hispanic male, mid-20s, 6’0”, 190lbs, with a rose tattoo on left forearm. The second subject is described as a Hispanic male, mid-20s, 5’6”, 200lbs. The two subjects were seen leaving the area in a black Mercedes Benz GLC-Class wagon/SUV. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects who robbed a USPS letter carrier. The incident occurred at approximately 5:15 p.m. on September 21, 2023, when two subjects robbed a letter carrier near 7807 Greenbush Ave, Panorama City, CA 91402.TAKE NO ACTION TO APPREHEND THIS PERSON YOURSELF
