Black male, very dark complexion, round face, tattoo on front of neck, piercing on left side of face, and no facial hair. The suspect was last seen wearing a dark skull cap, light colored blue jeans and a dark gray letterman's jacket with leather sleeves and an "H" emblem on front left side of the jacket The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect who robbed and shot at a U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Letter Carrier while hewas delivering mail near 1597 Humber Street, Memphis, TN 38106. The robbery occurred on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at approximately 12:05 P.M.
