Lawndale, CA: ARMED ROBBERY OF A USPS LETTER CARRIER

The suspect is described as a thin, Hispanic male, approximately 5’6” to 6’0” tall, approximately 20 to 30 years old, with curly dark brown hair. The suspect was wearing a dark-colored hoodie and a black mask. He was seeing entering the passenger seat of a white sedan (pictured above), possibly a Kia Optima with aftermarket rims. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) who robbed a U.S. Postal Service Letter Carrier near the 15000 block of Cordary Avenue, Lawndale, CA 90260. The incident occurred at approximately 4:24 P.M. on April 1, 2021.TAKE NO ACTION TO APPREHEND THIS PERSON YOURSELF
