The suspect is described as a Black male in his 30s, with a dark complexion and a stocky build, approximately 5' 8" to 5' 10" tall, and appears to wear his hair in dreadlocks. He is known to accompany another Black male in his late-20s, not pictured, who is described as approximately 5'7" tall, also with a dark complexion and a stocky build. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect responsible for multiple mail theft incidents at residential buildings in the West Loop and Fulton Market neighborhoods of Chicago, IL.TAKE NO ACTION TO APPREHEND THESE PERSONS YOURSELF
