Travis Robert Havard The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of fugitive Travis Robert Havard, pictured above, for stealing U.S. Mail and committing identity theft in Harris and Fort Bend Counties in Texas. Havard has two active felony arrest warrants out of Fort Bend County. He is wanted for stealing mail from various locations in Sugar Land, Texas, and for making fraudulent purchases at various retail stores along with multiple other suspects.TAKE NO ACTION TO APPREHEND THESE PERSONS YOURSELF
