The suspect was described as a thin male wearing a green winter jacket, dark pants, and a dark full coverage face mask, approximately 20 years old, 5'6"-5'8" tall. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) who robbed a United States Postal Service (USPS) letter carrier on the 6400 block of 14th Street, NE, Washington, DC 20012.
