On April 8, 2023, a letter carrier was robbed on the 2800 block of Page Place in Montgomery, AL. The subject was described as a Black male, early 20s, between 5'8" - 5'9", 120-140 lbs wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, black pants and blue Air Jordan's. The subject had the hood pulled over his head and was wearing a gaiter-style face mask. The subject fled the scene on foot. On April 15, 2023, a second letter carrier was robbed near 3531 Carter Hill Road, Montgomery, AL. The suspect was described as a Black male, 20-24 YOA, 5'9"-5'10", 180-185 lbs, he was dressed in black hooded sweater, black jeans, dark tennis shoes, and a gaiter-style neck covering. The individual fled the scene on foot. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) for the attempted robbery and robbery of several Letter Carriers each in Montgomery, AL.
