The suspect appears to be an adult Black male of average height and build. The suspect wears a red hooded sweatshirt that says "Hellstar Records", jeans with paint stains, latex gloves, surgical mask, and a baseball style hat that says "GIRL DAD". The subject carries a Dodge, Jeep, or Chrylser style keyfob. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the unknown suspect who has been stealing Mail from apartment buildings in the Adams Morgan area of Northwest Washington, DC from October 29, 2023 to the present.TAKE NO ACTION TO APPREHEND THIS PERSON YOURSELF
