The suspects are described as two Black males, wearing black and grey clothing and black masks. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) who robbed United States Postal Service letter carriers in Richmond, VA 23223. The first incident occurred on Friday, October 20, 2023, at approximately 3:50 p.m., in the area of 1700 N. 21st St., Richmond, VA 23223. The second incident occurred on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at approximately 4:00 p.m., in the area of 1700 N. 25th St., Richmond, VA 23223.TAKE NO ACTION TO APPREHEND THESE PERSONS YOURSELF
