Southfield, MI : ARMED ROBBERY OF USPS LETTER CARRIER

The subjects are described as Black males, approximately 5’8” tall with slim builds, and in their late teens. The subjects were described as wearing dark-colored hoodies and ski masks. The weapon was described as a pistol version of the AK-47 known as a “Draco.” After committing the robbery, the suspects fled on foot running through the apartment complex. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the subjects connected to the armed robbery of a United States Postal Service (USPS) letter carrier. The incident took place at approximately 12:13 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, just past the entrance of Wakefield Apartments, 29090 Tiffany Drive E., Southfield, MI 48034.TAKE NO ACTION TO APPREHEND THESE PERSONS YOURSELF
