Washington, D.C.: USPS Letter Carrier Impersonation

Reward up to $10,000

The suspect is described as a Black male between 18 and 30 years old, 5'5-5'8" tall, and slim build. The suspect wore a USPS rain jacket and pants and carried a USPS letter carrier satchel. The suspect was seen driving a blue 2019 Honda Civic with Virginia registration. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect who impersonated a USPS letter carrier, and stole U.S. Mail at several locations throughout Northwest D.C. These incidents occurred throughout April and May of 2023.
