A former resident of Woodland, PA pleaded guilty in federal court to charges of violating federal narcotics laws, United States Attorney Cindy K. Chung announced today. Mark Hackett, 34, of Woodland, PA, pleaded guilty to Counts Two and Nine of the Superseding Indictment before Senior United States District Judge Kim R. Gibson.
