Luis Miguel Teixeira-Spencer, 31, Olatunji Dawodu, 36, Alex Ogando, 35, were arrested after being indicted on Monday by a federal grand jury in the District of Columbia for darknet narcotics Trafficking involving pills pressed with fentanyl.
