ST. LOUIS, MO – A joint investigation between the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the St. Louis Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration, with assistance from local police departments, resulted in Jonathen Aguilar pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute between 1.2 and 4 kilograms of fentanyl.
