Postal Inspectors working in conjunction with the Department of Justice's Consumer Protection Branch investigated a multimillion dollar mass-mailing fraud scheme. Shaun Sullivan pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud for his part in the scheme, which targeted many elderly and vulnerable Americans.
