On April 15, 2021, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation (FLETA) Board awarded the U.S. Postal Inspection Service reaccreditation of two of its programs with the Career Development Unit: Basic Inspector Training (BIT) and Postal Police Officer Basic Training (PPOBT).
