BALTIMORE, MD – The U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigations, the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, and the Howard County Police Department conducted the investigation that lead to Toyosi Alatishe being sentenced to 11 years in federal prison for conspiracy to commit credit/debit card fraud, wire fraud, and aggravated identity theft.
