NEW YORK, NY – The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York announced the conviction of Michael Mendlowitz, the former CEO and part owner of a payment-processing company, for defrauding its merchant companies. Postal Inspectors investigated Mendlowitz, who was found guilty of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud.
