Atlanta, GA: The indictment alleges Brown opened credit card accounts used to make thousands of dollars’ worth of purchases, obtained over $60,000 in automobile loans, and then falsely claimed to be a victim of identity theft. Brown is also accused of providing false information when applying for a $75,000 loan. The Inspection Service, SSA-OIG and the IRS-CI investigated the case.
