LOS ANGELES, CA – Federal prosecutors charged three German nationals with being administrators of one of the world’s largest dark web marketplaces, allowing vendors to sell a wide variety of contraband, from illegal narcotics to malicious computer hacking software. The cases were the result of an investigation by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service in partnership with several other federal law enforcement agencies.
