Jose Rodriguez-Caraballo, also known as “Puma,” 33, of New Haven, distributed cocaine mailed via the U.S. Postal Service in the New Haven area before his 2021 arrest. Rodriguez-Caraballo and an associate were arrested on March 18, 2021 en route to a Milford location to sell 2 kilograms of cocaine for $86,000, according to federal officials.
