AMHERST CO., Va. - Thousands of dollars worth of stolen property and mail were recovered in Amherst County. Investigators said the thefts took place in Amherst County and surrounding areas. Charges are pending against Charles W. Branham, Lauren A. Branham and Brandon W. Lipscomb.
