Authorities seized a little more than a pound of methamphetamine from a package this week, then replaced the drugs with a sham for delivery and later found the packaging in a fire pit, according to recently filed court documents. Ricky James Jr. Salas Santos was named and accused of attempted possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute in a complaint filed Thursday in the District Court of Guam.
