A three-month investigation by members of the Riverside County sheriff’s La Quinta Special Enforcement Team identified Arturo Sanchez of Indio and Jacqueline Lechuga of Bermuda Dunes as the suspects in a series of mail thefts in Coachella, Indio and La Quinta dating back to December, according to sheriff’s Sgt. David Smith.
