A 38-year-old man will have to serve a mandatory minimum of 10 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to conspiring to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Roberto Curtis Lujan Saturnio, 38, signed the plea deal just days after he was scheduled to go to trial.
