A Pendergrass man with a reputation for running from law enforcement is in jail charged with stealing mail in Jackson and Hall counties. Anthony Eugene Miller, 38, was nabbed last week and charged with 27 counts of identity theft, theft by receiving a stolen motor vehicle, concealing the identity of a vehicle, obstruction and a felony probation violation.
