A Twin Cities house-flipper, Suzanne Griffiths, 46, was sentenced to 58 months in prison, followed by two years of supervised release, and ordered to pay $1,661,407.50 in restitution for executing a scheme to defraud individuals by soliciting investments in her Minnesota-based house-flipping businesses.
