MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A Harpers Ferry, W.Va., man accused last year of breaking into multiple mail lockers at a U.S. Postal Service mail shed in Jefferson County, W.Va., pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of destruction of letter boxes or mail in U.S. District Court in Martinsburg.
