McMURRAY – A Florida man was arrested Monday in Peters Township as a suspect in a fraud ring that has allegedly stolen more than $500,000 from Citizens Bank. Peters police, working with postal inspectors, arrested Cassio Orville Slowden, 27, of Pembroke Pines, about 2 p.m. after officers accused him of stealing mail containing a banking card and personal identification number of a bank customer on Will Scarlett Drive, court records show.
