A Denver organized crime ring known as “The Family” stole the identities of least 240 people, stole at least 34 vehicles and committed a variety of other crimes in the last two years, including armed robbery and kidnapping, according to an 82-page grand-jury indictment released Monday by the Denver District Attorney’s Office.
